Founded in 2007,

Delve has grown over the years to become a top-rated Google Analytics Certified Partner, a DoubleClick Expert, and one of Inc5000’s fastest-growing companies.


Historically most of Delve’s growth came from their Google partner listing, referrals and outsourced sales partners.

In 2017 Delve started to invest into paid marketing channels, however the lead volume they were generating was lagging and unpredictable. After migrating to a new domain in January of 2017 the company saw a significant drop in its lead generation volume and contracted Mitosis to help fix their existing marketing campaigns and build new programs.


To help Delve improve their marketing and sales we performed the following: 


  • Landing page audit & additional development – all of existing landing pages were scrapped due to performance issues and replaced with templates built custom for Delve, utilizing best practices and highly optimized for conversion. In addition 13 new lead magnet and consultation landing pages were designed and designed from scratch.
  • New Lead magnets – we wrote and published 2 completely new lead magnets (white paper and a guide).
  • Marketing automation platform setup & configuration – we helped Delve set-up their Hubspot, which included aligning their marketing and sales, building new forms and workflows, as well as designing lead nurturing campaigns tailored for each acquisition channel.
  • New Marketing & Sales Reporting Framework – we developed a new marketing & sales reporting framework for Delve (delivered in Google Data Studio) which provided closed loop reporting and visibility into their entire marketing and sales funnel performance

  • 271% growth in monthly paid lead generation volume, with 45% of all paid leads coming from completely new landing pages and lead magnets.
